TTNotify Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the TTNotify Android application and the associated TTLINK alarm-monitoring service handle information. TTNotify is an operational security-notification application provided by TurvaTools to customer organizations.

Information we process

• Account information, including email address, tenant, role, and authentication tokens.
• Device information, including device model and a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token.
• Security-alarm information made available to your account, including event details, device or zone information, notes, status, and attached alarm images.
• Operational actions, including notification delivery/open receipts, confirmations, rejections, comments, and selected outcomes.
• Security and diagnostic information needed to operate the service, such as timestamps, network address, request logs, and error records.

TTNotify does not use advertising SDKs and does not collect advertising identifiers.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, deliver alarm notifications, display authorized alarm information, record operator actions, maintain service security, diagnose failures, and support customer organizations.

Sharing and service providers

TurvaTools does not sell personal information. Data is shared only as required to provide the service, comply with law, protect the service, or follow the instructions of the customer organization. TTNotify uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to route push notifications to Android devices. Google receives the push registration token and notification payload needed for delivery.

Storage and security

Network communication uses HTTPS. Authentication credentials stored by the app are protected using Android encrypted storage and are excluded from device backup. Access is limited by user authentication, role, and tenant. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.

Retention

Authentication and push-registration data remain while the device or account is active and may be removed on logout, device removal, or account deletion. Alarm and audit records are retained according to the customer organization’s operational, contractual, security, and legal requirements.

Access, correction, and deletion

TTNotify does not allow users to create accounts. Accounts are provisioned and managed by the customer organization. To access, correct, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact the organization or administrator that issued your TTNotify account. TurvaTools will assist the customer organization with verified requests. Some alarm or audit records may need to be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of claims.

Children

TTNotify is a professional security-operations application and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated when TTNotify or its data practices change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
